We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill this role. The work hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Take this opportunity to showcase your experience and be a valuable asset to our team.

Responsibilities and Duties of this role include but are not limited to the following:
Meet and greet clients and visitors and advise relevant employees as required.
Communicate effectively with residents/nominated next of kin, employees and all visitors to the organisation.
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate employees.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system within designated work area.
Maintain effective communication with residents, relatives, supervisors and colleagues.
Establish new resident clinical and administration files when residents are admitted to the service.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing as required/directed by the Centre Manager.
Manage petty cash procedures (including banking) and maintain accurate records relating to all monetary transactions handled.
Work undertaken is in accordance with the organisation’s Vision, Mission and Values.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Excellent Customer Skills.
Previous experience in a Reception or Admin role.
Previous experience in Aged Care is desirable.
Ability to handle a varied and busy workload.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Excellent computer skills.
Desire to show initiative.
Ability to prioritise tasks.
Must be Reliable and Punctual
Essential Criteria:
A current National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months) and a visa with full-time working rights in Australia are essential for this role.
Desirable Criteria
Current Flu Vaccination.
Covid 19 Vaccination.
