Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arised for a permanent full-time, self-motivated and committed Registered Nurse - ( Clinical Nurse) in our Micheal Lee Centre. The hours for the position are Monday - Friday 7.00 am - 3/3.30pm. This role will work alongside a 2IC Registered Nurse and several Carers to provide holistic care to our residents.

Proven ability to lead a team and foster teamwork;
Ability to provide education, support and mentoring to our clinical and care teams;
Demonstrate effectiveness at managing their own responsibilities and prioritising work load;
Ability to delegate effectively;
Able to identify, resolve and manage problems and conflicts;
Sound understanding of AN-ACC, Aged Care Act and accreditation requirements;
Proven clinical knowledge and experience in aged care is essential;
Passionate about dementia care;
Strong working knowledge of dementia diseases;
Demonstrated commitment to customer service;
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills;
Strong attention to detail;
Computer literacy;
A current National Police Certificate (no older than six months),
Current AHPRA registration,
Current Flu and Covid-19 Vaccination, and
Permanent Australian working rights are essential requirements for this position.
