Desired Skills and Experience
Previous experience in aged care is essential.
Certificate III in Aged Care/ Individual Support/ Health Service Assistance is essential.
An understanding of dementia and mental health.
Excellent time management skills.
An outgoing and friendly personality.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
The skills to be adaptable to suit the needs of the residents.
Essential Criteria
A current National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months) and a visa with working rights in Australia ( if required) are essential for this role.
Desirable Criteria
Covid Vaccination
Current Flu Vaccines.
